Why I started RCP Consultancy

I started RCP Consultancy because I saw how many talented people and organisations struggle to navigate the research landscape with confidence. Too often, valuable ideas and opportunities lose momentum because the pathways, processes, and next steps can feel unclear.

My aim is to make research feel more accessible by providing practical, personalised guidance that helps people understand their options, connect with the right support, and move forward with clarity.
